Opioids 27mg of Liquid methadone

So... got this 27mg liquid methadone in a little random barter action.... I was just wondering what to expect... i no to drink it with a full stomach, but i'm just not so sure how strong it is... i'm used to 15/30mg roxys (sniff)... thanks peeps.

According to this narcotic converter , 15mg of oral oxycodone is equal to only about 2.25mg of oral methadone. The bioavailability numbers for insufflated versus oral oxycodone are pretty insubstantial so this should be relatively accurate... also keep in mind that methadone lasts A LOT longer than oxycodone (especially insufflated) so be very careful about redosing too early. Methadone can stay in your system longer than you realize due to the effects waning and if you keep taking more, can accumulate to potentially dangerous levels.
