Opioids 25mcg gelly fentanyl

Okay I've read close to 5 posts now trying to find my answer.

Plain and simple, I want to open my 25mcg gelly patch to split into 2 or 3 uses.

I want to do this ORALLY.

Is my best bet squeezing gel onto a q-tip and rubbing on my gums?

Someone make my life easier and give me the answer I've been trying to find for almost a day now!

First - We need to know your Opiate tolerance.
Second - A Q-Tip might absorb some of the gel, so maybe scooped on a bit of paper (like a Fent Blotter, but not) and take it sublingual or, as you said, buccal (between the cheek and gums).
Just be careful as I'm sure you're aware how strong Fentanyl is.

High tolerance to opiates...I currently have an 1/8th of a 75mcg fenty patch in my mouth. Weight @ 140lbs.

In the sake of harm reduction i cannot stress just how dangerous eating the gell out of a fent patch is. You don't know howv much fentanyl you are getting and it is pretty easy to overdose on the shit. The only time ive come close to a real overdose was when i ate some fentanyl gell from a used patch and i have a very high opioid tolerance.
