25I-NBOMe u opiod agonism and SUBOXONE

I am aware that 25I acts as a u opiate receptor agonist. Knowing that taking SUBOXONE after taking an opiate can send one into precipitated withdrawal I was wondering if this is possible if one were to take SUBOXONE shortly after 25I has wound down (or during) if it could send them into precipitated withdrawal since it is somewhat of a u opiod agonist.

SWIM actually did this without thinking and nothing happened wondering if swim just got lucky or if this is a real danger. swim has an opiate dependency and had been taking suboxone for a few months prior to the 25I experience. Does anyone know of reports of combining these two drugs?

we don't swim

25i-nbome does bind to the U-opioid receptor, but it takes doses 1000x of that typically taken to actually activate it (because the affinity is so low). It doesn't bind very strongly at all and produces essentailly no opioid effects.

So you can take Suboxone and 25x together with no problems. You won't go into PW.
