25i-nbome solution

Hey bluelight, I received some 25i-nbome (50mg) and I was planning to prep it for volumetric dosing. I was planning on making it either 50mg in 50mL for a 1ppt or maybe 50mg in 25mL for a 2ppt solution but i'm not certain whether it would be best to use distilled water for the solution or 10%etOH in distilled water for preparation. If the mixed solvent system is best for dissolving 25i-nbome would it be acceptable to dilute vodka down to prepare the 10%etOH solution? Finally, what sort of time frame would I be looking at with regards to stability in solution? Judging from the structure of the compound I think it should be stable enough as long as the solution is pH neutral..but I want to make sure.
