SWIM's dimly lit 155-lb candle would like to produce a study on the effects of 550ug Nbome-25i + 100ug LSD with no other subtances except camellia sinensis Green Tea and Nicotine. It has bee 3 days since the last 550ug dosage of Nbome-25i and further waiting is contemplated, any advisory before preparing to write this trip report? Please report any possibilities of dangerous combos or environmental preparations so that a smooth accurate scientific report can be detailed? (seasoned prior experience is rest assured)

1. Don't go "SWIM"ing while writing the report, not allowed at Bluelight.

2. How certain are you on the dosage of the LSD?

3. 550ug is supposedly a strong dose according to Erowid. You sure you shouldn't try a lower dose to start combination experiments with?

"Smooth accurate scientific report"? Describing a subjective experience is pretty far from scientific, especially if you're on mind-warping drugs when you do it. Live trip reports generally aren't very good. Why don't you go and have some fun, rather than meticulously recording the details of your mental state for the next few hours?

It's very difficult to get time progression of effects without live recording. Doing this as many time as I have has allowed me to become very familiar with the timelines, even down to the differences of how much food I have in me and whether it was in a capsule or straight in the case of mushrooms.

I always experiment with substances I've never done before with live trip reports, then go back through when sober and revise/edit with a clear head and while memories are still fresh.

My friend and I when we'd trip on mushrooms, we'd time each of our doses so that both of us would enter the really strong "confusion" state that first hits and lasts for about 15 minutes when the trip starts for us, 15 minutes apart.

She'd take her dose (straight), I'd take mine (in capsule usually), and she would start her trip and be in that distant stare confusion state while I was still capable of watching over her. Then when she finally settled into the mental state and was able to be aware of her surroundings again, I would start to enter that state of confusion.

After I've gotten comfortable with my knowledge of the substances effects progression then I'd usually stop taking notes when tripping. Still always keep my notebook on me though in case some idea or thought comes that I want to keep for later, and not get into a loop thinking about.

By all means, do that if it's what works for you. I think, though, that such an undertaking is best seen as note-taking, or diarising, for your own benefit. If you're writing a trip report to be read by other people, I think it's better to take notes, and then write the report, sober, based on those notes.

Very true, hell even if it is just for you, you should still go back and revise when sober.

I still have notes from months ago that I look at and read something a bit confusing with the words "Come back when sober and revise", which I never did so. Sad to know I'm forgetting something because I failed to come back shortly after the experience to rewrite when memory was fresh.

-We don't use "SWIM" here. Everybody (including the cops) knows it you.
-What Vader said
-We don't allow live trip reports, please read the rules. If you'd like to write a trip report, write it in a word processor program (such as Microsoft Word) and then copy and paste it later on into our Trip Reports forum (after reading their posting guidelines).
