25i-NBOMe and mirtazapine

Hi guys,

I've been taking around 45 mg mirtazapine for about 6 months for depression and was aware that it can reduce the effects of psychedelics

Twice I have dosed on 1200ug tabs of 25i-NBOMe and both times I felt virtually nothing, just slightly uneasy. These same tabs have my friends tripping nuts.

I have two questions:

-Will I be able to experience the effects of LSD and Mushrooms or will it be the same as above?

-Could mirtazapine be used to abort a trip for someone who was in too deep and having a bad experience? I'm not too well informed about how long mirtazapine takes to be absorbed etc but it was just a thought.

Feel free to share any similar experiences or knowledge.

It's a known way to stop a trip dead in its tracks.

Since you're on a higher dose & have been taking it for a while I wouldn't expect much to happen if you take a psychedelic. Though I'm not 100% sure as things like tolerance & interactions can vary quite a bit from person to person. Most seem to find mirtazapine blocks or stops the effects of psychedelics, but I have read a couple reports of a paradoxical effect, so do be careful.

Well I'm back. Just dosed 2500ug and starting to feel strange. I have a roasted spatchcock potatoes and pumpkin in front of me. Is eating ok? Now I'm starting to think I'm in for a long night

All good my mate came over and a tab with me and we had great time. now we r 3mg Xanax deep and chillin watching south park.

I have a psychologist appointment tomorrow in 12 hours I hope I'm back at baseline heh
