I took half a tab of 25c 3 hours earlier and I just took the other half , would there be a noticable tole rance ?

Short answer: yes.
Redosing at the time you have is a bit different to redosing say, 3 DAYS later. The effects you'll get from the second half of your tab will not increase the strength of the effects but rather it will increase the duration (probably by a bit less than 3 hours or so).
