25c- NBOME tolerance

If someone were to take 500ug 25c nbome one day and the next day take 1000ug, would the trip still be fine, or would the second trip be less great even though its a higher dose?

I'd speculate it'd probably be less intense even though you'd be doubling the dosage, though I'm not basing this on anything really.

Personally I'd avoid having to increase dosage when using any NBOMe compound, given you'll also be increasing such unwanted side effects as vasoconstriction.

I have experience with this exact thing. The 1000 ug dosage the second day will completely lack psychedelic effects (for me) and instead have mild stimulant effects. I once had this phenomena and also at the same time it gave me the most detailed CEVs I've ever seen but I wasn't tripping or in a psychedelic mindset. But yeah, 25I doesn't seem as bad about this. With 25C I have to wait weeks in between or it will just not be a psychedelic at all, and my receptors will get mad at me... no tripping for months if I start misusing nbomes.
