25c Nbome Help me do this right!

I have 20mg of fbase nbome and i want to make a solution. Will isopropal 91% alcohol do the trick? What kind of measurment to water do I have to use? Thanks for the help i tried reading through the megathread but wanted a little more specific help so I dont fuck it up

don't put the freebase in a water-containing solution, unless you just want to get it wet.... all the info you're looking for is in the megathread
