I have received some 25c-nbome in the mail , and the powder is a clumpy white substance similar too 25i-nbome

is it possible i have received something elce/?

Of course it's possible that the vendow messed up.
I haven't seen any of the NBOMe's in powder form, but i know that due to synthesis route and cleaning of the final product, varieties can be found from batch to batch.
If i remember correct, the NBOMe's are white powders, not brown like that picture..

The stuff on erowid probably isn't as pure.
That's been the case with other photos I've seen on there.

Other good news to consider is that even if you got something different, you'd still only be taking it in the microgram range anyway.
