25c-NBome- 2mg- second time- propylene glycol, the Heath and me.
I had been at the psychedelic festival BOOM in Portugal this summer, a seven day event of colour, psy trance and wonder around a huge blue lake. One of the amazing sights there was people dropping an unknown liquid up their nose. Curious, I asked around a bit and soon discovered they were calling it Nboom.
Later, in the Algarve, I ordered some tabs of it, 800mcg each. I put each tab in a teaspoon of water and after soaking it, snorted the water. Close to zero effect, mighty frustrating.
On getting back to the UK I ordered 100mg of the HCL powder. I mixed this amount with 10ml of propylene glycol. This is available online cheaply and freely. It's a safe, thick, clear liquid and made more sense than water which would drop right out one's nose. Propylene glycol is also used in nicotine patches to help the nicotine absorb.
I went to Hampstead Heath and dropped 500mcg into my nose. At first I was a bit antsy, it not having worked the last time and this slightly inhibited the come up, which lasted about 15 minutes. And then I felt like stretching and twisting. On gazing at the distant blooms of trees, I noticed their edges sway and bloom and, yup, twirl in everlasting patterns. The cloud's separating and twirling was beautiful and all this quite distinct from the LSD visuals I'm so used to.
Inwardly, I felt very clear, no psychological melting or confusion. A significant movement of euphoria was there, though and talking and music felt great.and then it began to rain.
The English are delicate people and everyone scattered off the Heath. We found a cosy tree and hung up our speaker in its shade and boogied to Dylan, nancy Sinatra and Beatles. Life was blooming with beautiful colour and we felt very happy. It had been 30 mins since we dropped and the overt visuals had died down somewhat. I observed that duration wise this seemed like psychedelic coke, in that our minds were clear, it was very up and seemed very clean.
The sun reappeared and an hour after our initial dose we had another 500mcg drop each. Effects back, bushes swaying, clouds twirling. Us laughing and hypnotised by the beauty of it all. It does sting for a minute when it hits your inner nose but it seemed worth it.
Physically we felt quite hot and my palms felt very dry. My gf's seemed damp. An hour or two later we had another drop, with less effects and an hour after that we had a double drop, hardly any effects. We eventually left for a pub and then, ordereding a drink I noticed my face. Yup, still high.
Later I went to see the dark knight rises and a slight irritation set in for both of us, as well as a tensions headache too. This increased and I felt quite light headed and woozy and couldn't sleep. Perhaps we redosed to much, perhaps too much sun, but felt perhaps it was hypertension or vasoconstriction. So be careful. A kid in USA died from doing too much recently.
The next day I felt meh, post MDMA although this may have been due to the 10mg of diazepam I took to allow me to sleep.
All in all, an amazing new party psychedelic but be very precise with dosage and don't bother redosing a third time. Squirt it up your nose and use propylene glycol as your preservative binder.
