Football 2024-2025 NFL Discussion

I mean, it was all wet and slippery out. I probably would’ve dropped it too. But I also don’t make the same money.

If it was a high velocity ball from 40 yards out and you have to jump up to grab it, ok.
But this was a short pass right into your chest. Idc how wet it is you put both arms around that bitch and come down with it.

"Mark Andrews signed a 4 year , $56,000,000 contract with the Baltimore Ravens, including $10,163,055 signing bonus, $37,583,055 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $14,000,000. In 2025, Andrews will earn a base salary of $7,000,000 and a roster bonus of $4,000,000"

catch the ball dude.

Been thinking, Jason Kelce had a hard decision to make retiring from the eagles last year. He struggled with it. He wanted the SB ring one more time. So now if the birds go full measure and win i would feel bad for him. Although how can anyone get constantly tackled past 32 years old? He had to retire.

Put it this way if the Eagles go all the way I do not want to see Jason upset. I mean what are the chances of going through a whole season and making to the SB again? Well in this case pretty good.

Being a sports commentator is still being part of the sport. But man the desire to win the SB rings drives a lot of stuff. Lots of money to be had.

I think he got diagnosed with CTE

That's not possible cte can only be diagnosed after death during autopsy. They can say you probably have it. But officially it's not currently possible while alive

Let's go eagles!

Ha, I did not know that either. I guess it makes sense. How can it be measured when someone is alive. I mean we don't see brains move around so easy. But logic says it is totally possible getting hit so much.

I am at the point I don't care who wins. Would not like to see a KC win again. Eagles are my pic. Or Buffalo.....lol

Sad end to a great season for Washington. I'm convinced I jinxed this one, as I watched most of it. I hadn't been watching for most of the season and they were doing great.

There was an episode of Coach (Craig T Nelson) that dealt with jinxing by watching a game. That actually was a great football show. But it is a thing with fans, they think they jinx by watching. I myself have looked away to not jinx. Very interesting what we do. But Washington did play great this year. I mean all 4 teams yesterday played well.

yeah, it's crazy that they did what they did to detroit and then struggled in this game. but that philly d is legit.

i feel like a commanders vs. bills superbowl would have been great but we got the most likely final i guess...

good teams just keep finding ways to win and eagles and chiefs did just that.

Yeah, Washington really just didn't have a good enough defense I think, but they definitely had a great run

Never thought I would really say it, but yeah, go birds. (do not want to see KC gloat again, they are the new Patriots)
