Hockey 2023-2024 NHL Discussion

My nikka Rantanen on that 2gp 2 + 4 type of shit. Wpg + Sjs next Im hoping for 4pts more on those 2. SHIIIIT, literally Chi after Sjs buhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, worst and 2nd worst in round.... just dont lose fml...

The one time I watch a Blue Jackets game (friend wanted to have it on the TV) and they've scored 6 goals vs Philadelphia. 8 minutes left

ok so not really a single upset unless you wanna count the Avs over Winnipeg, but i don't remember the last time the Jets won a playoff series....so im not counting that as an upset - but yea - very rare to not see an upset in the 1st round


so i think the Florida has the Bruins number - im gonna say Florida in 5 or 6 games

and ya know, Carolina is the favorite to win the cup, and i don't think they can beat the Rangers, and i hate the Rangers - im gonna say the Rags in 7 but maybe even less


and then i don't think Dallas can beat the Avs either - but that's a tough series to call - but i gotta go with the Avs in this one - Avs in 6

and probably my favorite matchup is the all Canada series Oilers vs Canucks - and i gotta go with the experience here and im gonna say the Oilers in 6 - it might be Edmonton's year - they're gonna win the cup one of these years....maybe this is their year?

I agree with all of this. Although if Swayman keeps playing like he did in game 1 of this series FLA might have an early exit.

I also see the Rags soaking up the 'Canes. I also hate them.


Makar/Mackinnon/Rantanen just too fucking good. It's going to be an epic series between them and Edmonton. I was just thinking the other night that this might be Edmonton's year and I hadn't thought they had a chance at all going into the midway point of season nor entering the playoffs. McDavid is hungry.
 
and Dallas is a lot better than i thought

they have a lot of really good youth on that team that i was unaware of
