​Formatting note: Please indicate your picks by BOLDING them. The use of caps alone is too ambiguous.

New Rule for 2018/2019 Season:

The BONUS GAME will be indicated in GREEN each week.

-A correct pick in the Bonus Game is worth 2 points instead of 1. An incorrect pick does not count against you (as usual).

-The scorer is responsible for choosing the bonus game each week.

-The bonus game should be one of the most competitive games that week. No point in choosing something like chi@gb, for example, since all of our picks for that game will most likely be the same.

Pick the winner of each game.
1 point for each correct pick.
2 points for a correct bonus game pick.

Weekly winners get bragging rights...
Season winner gets a title.

Everyone plz try to help out with the scoring each week.

Interesting cj... I'm thinking of doing either SF over MIN *or* CLE over PIT.

maybe Texans over NE...what do you think, ali?
 
I had the thought of doing a bonus point type thing. One game per week gets marked as the bonus game or w/e... ideally one of the most competitive that week, but ultimately chosen by whoever does the scoring.

We could +2/-1 (as in normal point (1) +1 if you pick right, -1 if you get it wrong) or +2/-0 (get the bonus if you win, loss doesn't count against you)

what do you guys think? Any suggestions/comments/etc ?

We really should bold our picks. Caps to me is too ambiguous, since some may copy/paste previous entries or just naturally format in caps. Bolding is more deliberate and the intent is unmistakable.

I've decided to go ahead and implement the bonus on a trial basis. If everyone hates it, we can call it off next week. Refer back to my first post if needed, but just know a correct pick on the bonus game is worth 2 points instead of 1. An incorrect pick will not count against you, same as any other pick. The scorer is responsible for choosing the bonus game each week. The idea is to choose the most competitive game that week, but since that's somewhat subjective, it's ultimately up to the scorer. As always, we should all try to pitch in. The only additional step in the scoring process will be to color the bonus game GREEN as to make your choice obvious to everyone.

texans over ne? i know ne had a huge blowout loss at home last year in week 1 but not this year...

man, i feel like the browns can beat the saints which sounds crazy but give saints the edge at home.

i struggled with a few of these... feel like i have too many home winners.
