Obama destroyed healthcare in this country, his healthcare plan was essentially a ponzi scheme that only worked if young healthy Americans didn't mind paying for older generations.

Why should I pay as much as my father paid prior to Obamacare when we are over 30 years apart in age?

That does not work, Obama should have nationlized the healthcare but being a cash dependent rookie politician he had to do the bidding of his paymasters.

So instead of paying up the butt and the nations healthcare improving, we got to pay for multi million dollar ad campaigns and fraud.

They should have just repealed it and if they couldn't agree on a replacement so be.

From what I have heard he improved the system. It may not be ideal but it seems it's much better than the actual proposal. And from the previous one.

It may not work for you but it included a lot of people who's now being excluded.

I remembered Trump saying he was going to make such a great deal on his first working day, only to come out later to say 'this was more complicated than I had thought'. Really??

Why doesn't Trump nacionalize the health plan and make it universal, available for all?

Negotiation tactic. Start with a huge offer then meet somewhere in the middle. Campaign promises are usually full of false promises but Trump has so far kept (or attempted to keep) his promises far more than the average career politician would. He could improve the healthcare system if the rest of Congress were willing to work with him.

The Republican Party (the one has Trump never been too enthusiastic about, until he was), has spent 7 years vowing to overturn and replace Obamacare with its own healthcare plan. Trump's call for his party to go ahead and repeal Obamacare anyway. Of course his request was received with very little enthusiasm.

Both parties are indeed co-operating to fix Obamacare's flaws. But Trump doesn't want that either while he has nothing to offer.
