Good win for Everton against Chelsea
Lot of work for Mourinho to do by the look of things.
Lukaku looking at that he must feel pissed off. Samual Eto'o my balls

Come on mate, the blokes been in semi retirement in Russia for a couple of yrs, will take him a couple of games to get upto speed.
Also had a falling out with the Cameroon coach after last weeks game and maybe his mind wasnt all there.

Result isnt suprising. Its a tough place to go.
Only one team won at Goodison last year and that was us. So it would have been a tough place to get a result 2 years in a row. But I would have expected a draw.

Cant wait for the Ozil circle jerk on MOTD later

Youre so bitter.

Chelsea having a shocker of an early season.

Thrilling game at the City Ground yesterday, 3-2 to those Forest men. Mr. D. Henderson, you're growing on me son. And a special mention to Tomasz Cywka, utterly stunning free kick, reminded me of a certain Mr. McGugans effort against Ipswich 3 seasons back, I couldn't help but applaud even though you'd just drawn Barnsley level.

Anyone else seen it? What a hit.

Nonetheless, 3-2, unbeaten at home, still only 1 goal conceded from open play, it's all going rather nicely :)

'Boro, Donny and the sheep shaggers in the next three, bring it on!

Milan are cunts, giften penalty in extra time and for their first goal we had a player on the floor with a broken foot and they kept the ball in play and scored. Anyway they got outplayed by a team that cost a fraction of theirs, just Balotelli is worth more than our first XI.

Tottenham's Christian Eriksen: I'm no match for new Arsenal hero Mesut Ozil.. yet

Tottenham-Hotspur-v-Norwich-City-Premier-League-2273878.jpg

"I think he's achieved a little bit more than me! I am a few years younger and still have to learn a lot but it is nice to be compared"

Christian Eriksen has played down comparisons with Arsenal superstar Mesut Ozil, and says the Gunners' Germany playmaker has set the standards he wants to reach.

Eriksen, who looks a bargain buy at just £11.5million from Ajax at the end of the window, showed skill and vision in the build-up to both goals as Spurs beat Norwich 2-0 on Saturday.

Ozil was just as outstanding on his Premier League debut the same day, teeing up Olivier Giroud for Arsenal’s first goal at Sunderland and pulling the strings in their 3-1 win.

Eriksen believes Ozil - who has won the Spanish title at Real Madrid and starred at the 2010 World Cup - has given him something to aim for.

He said of the 24-year-old: “I think Ozil has achieved a little bit more than me! I am a few years younger and still have to learn a lot but it is nice to be compared.

“Some players are booed in the first games and then are good.

“Hopefully the fans will not do that to me! But there will be mistakes. I am 21, but I hope I will make as few mistakes as possible.”

He then joked: “From what I have heard, it is not good to be compared with Arsenal players! But really, it is pretty cool to be compared with such big players.”

Napoli are beating Dortmund at home , great goal by Higuain, if only they had seriously invested in some top-notch defenders they could have had an outside chance of reaching the later stages of the CL, they could have been dark-horses for this year's tournament, but their defensive repartment isn't even good enough for Serie A. They are great gowing forward and Benitez, they have somebody with a lot of experience at European level.

You are a Torino fan Kenny?.. I was so sick watching that game you guys were absolutely robbed - Neither of the Milan goals should have been allowed.. I've been an Inter fan since I was a kid over 2 decades now - look forward to chatting Serie A with a like minded soul this season :)

Also Milan are fuckin terrible tonight I put them in a double -1 goal with Napoli to win straight. Should have just lumped on Napoli instead by the looks of things. Need an early goal for Milan in the second half so Celtic will need to chase the game

Agreed, people jumping on Eto for one poor game. You have to realise Mourinho has bought him to play as a number 9 but since he left Barcelona he has only played one season in this position - his second season for us under Ranieri where he played in a partnership with Milito for the most part and scored I think 30 goals that season. The year before that when we won the treble he played always as a winger under Mourinho and scored only 15 goals. As far as I know he has played for Anzhi as an attacking midfielder or a very deep striker which is also the position he plays for Cameroon whenever I've seen them play - so give him a couple of games to settle in a new league and adjust to his position on the field. I personally think he can get 20-30 goals in all competitions for Chelsea

Kenny agree about Napolis defence but the midfield and attack is solid. The San Paolo will be tough for any team to visit I wouldn't write them off yet - but Juventus as much as it pains me to say it are the real deal even after we should have beat them easily on Saturday and their poor result last night I think they steam still beat any team in Europe on their day. Vidal is a beast

Milan are on of the typical rich clubs, well connected with people high up in the actual league management, same as Juve. At least in the past they used to good on the pitch, excellent players, with amazing coaches, playing some of the best club football ever. Now they are a pale comparison to what they used to be. Bloody shame, a bunch of old past-their-best discards, a few overhyped morons, an incompetent coach who's completely out of his depth, how the mighty have fallen.

I'm quite pleased with Toro's performance, but the main problem still exists, the lack of ability in converting chances, the team just doesn't score enough.

Milan have always got decisions their way for as long as I've been
Watching football.. Not as blatantly as Juventus, 31 Scudetti my arse we should have been awarded at least 3 more that they stole from us.

Yip Torino played well they definitely deserved to win - I think you should be ok in attack Cerci and Immobile are quite good players they will come good.

Milan just scored again if it stays like this that's my Napoli win & Milan -1 double up I deserve a break with the bookies

Kenny did you watch our game against Juventus on Saturday? I was shocked we dominated midfield the draw was probably a fair result we just about shaded it overall though. Icardi will become some striker

Love it when Basel beat an English side - which they are quite good at! Can't wait for the headlines

"The Special One or Basel Faulty?"

"Jose Swiss Rolled at Faulty Towers"

Lucho to the rescue , guy is a legend . A big game player for sure always steps up in the CL last night was just another example . I think he's got 18 goals in the CL & he often plays from deep .
