This should be the best thread here. Lazy fuckin druggies dont like footie!!

I was takin the piss to get a rise out of anyone and kick some life into this thread :)

Played under 16's for a while. I was shite.

I played for my city till under 15 , i had already started my Drug career by this time lol!
But i've played on noff for 27 years , more off than on these days n always 5 a side.
Have played at Villa park twice and also Bristol Rovers a few times . Villa Park is a fantastic ground with gret facilities . I also watched the last ever European Cup winners Cup their Lazio V Real Mallorca.
At the time Lazio had the most expensive team ever ssembled ,

Quite a team one of the best i've seen they won 2-1 Vieri n Nedved amazing atmosphere .
The Lazio Ultras are Crazy as u may know:D

I remember that team what a quality set of players. Salas when he was there was beyone belief. Nedved was unreal too but really came into his own at Juve. Still one of my fave midfielders of all time. Conceição (had to copy paste that) was premature ejaculation material.

TRuely amazing team . Mancini was Sublime that night he ran the show, playing behind the strikers he was in the twilight of his career but i was privileged to see such a great player he didn't have pace then but was ahead of the game in his brain.
Shame the team was broken up Vieri left the next season mind u that was standard 4 him !!
if that teamhad stayed together it could have been one of the greatest like the present Barcelona , no joke it was that good.

There was an atmosphere at the Nuremberg rallies too. And Maine Road...

Theres an annual rock festival in Nürnberg where the rallies were held called Rock im Park that I managed to jump the fence into this year. Had to get a chuckle out of all the american metal bands playing this political stuff and I'm sure more than half of them had no idea the history of the place.

But thats not football.

To get back on topic. They know fuck all about football too! :)

Their ladies footie team are decent though. Which reminds me, when i was going through frankfurt airport there a while ago to head for Ireland for a couple of weeks I met a couple of the Japanese women's world cup winners in Burger King of all places lol. Nice people, terrible English though and worse German :)

Off topic i had the pleasure of meeting England womens Cricket Captain Charlotte Edwards . A lovely lady who had plenty of time to chat got a pic with her as well i'll post it in the Cricket thread.

The yanks female team is decent cos they are encouraged 2 play it at school more so than the Boys.
Mia Hamm , shes the girl that was the real trailblazer a decent player could probably of played in the MLS mens league.

Met big Jack Charlton back a long time ago, to even guess what age I was.. maybe 8? Was in the pub with my dad as a kid and being bored seen all these people crowded around some guy in town, Jack was well famous for us back then, legged it in to to the pub to tell dad. Dad gave me a Smithwicks beermat and told me to go get his autograph. He didnt sign many that day but fuckin hell did tiny little me push my way through all these big blokes and he signed my beermat. Still have it blu tacked to my wall at home in Ireland. Great memory.

He changed Irish international footie, cant say enough about him. Legend.

I flew back from Aus with the whole team. 2008 - they'd won the world cup iirc.
