i agree that they got robbed in paris but if keane/duff etc had done the same would you call them cheating irish pricks.

Come on Bath City , away at dagenham & Redbridge , tough tie altyhough are pedigree in the Cup ain't to shabby for a non league club in Rugby dominated City.

Youve got an Ireland flag, land of recession as your avatar and have no love for your own country's football but you would rather give your hard earned money to some fat american wanker football club who have probably wasted about 500million pounds of supporters cash on bank debt in the last 5 years that couldve been spent on UTD's waning, ageing overpaid squad.

I love football, i love Spurs(haha whatever) ive great respect for what old whiskey cheeks has done and the great tradition of the club but frankly whats going on there is a disgrace, like many others.

Wheres the patriotism?

utd are my team since 76/77 and i put them over the irish football team.its great that we live in a free country lol.pity the poor north korean lad shouting utd over his country.

South Korea maybe but North Korea, I dont know about that. Those poor souls have a lot more too worry about than Johnny Evans falling over a football. Their next meal for instance.

To be honest I hate international breaks as well, I do like the championships like the Euros and the WC, can't stand the pointless friendlies though.
 
To be fair who does? I dont know one person who likes friendlies, maybe Carlos Tevez so he has 2 weeks on the couch away the awful job he hates so much. Poor guy.

But that doesnt come close to us winning a playoff game for a tournament we havent seen since the world was drooling over Marco Van Basten. Estonia or not, Ireland dont do 4-0 wins and this is what its all about. But hey, each to their own. Having to watch France knock us last time was gut wreching but having to watch them perform so poorly and not even give a fuck about the World Cup when they got there was even worse.

I love the Euros and i can barely remember the one we were in. Group of Death or Group of Debt, i couldnt give a fuck aslong as were in it for 3 group games.

A bit of a mix actually, usually move quite a bit too, lived in England for five years, then in the US and Lebanon, now I'm sort of half living in Paris, I have family there and I use it as a base for job interviews in Brussels.

so Bath City got a draw at the weekend thus meaning we get a replay atTwerton park which is gonna be on Sky .#
The club will pocket £33,000 from this which is hella lot of money for Bath city

looking forward to attending the game should get about 2,500 turn up , n if we get through it will be Exeter or Walsall , Exeter would be good as its local.

In other news, Arlesey lost in the 1st round - but playing way above their league. Used to be very local to me as a kid.

Luton beat Northampton though. :)
 
Much more fun watching the non-leagues. The Cambridge City winger was having a natter with a mate in the crowd when the ball came his way; instead of running with it he booted it as far away as possible and continued his conversation. You won't see Ronaldo doing that.

Who'd be top of the league if teams could pick only players born locally?
