Opioids 200mg slow release morphine vs. H

I recently had a couple of these morphine pills (not at the same time), I was nodding over onto my laptop eventually. How does H compare? I imagine it hits faster but lasts shorter. I know someone who could get me some, he told me not to try it as thats the beginning of the end but I could always make him promise to not get me any more. I've a feeling people will tell me not to go near.
