For the AFC
Bret Farve has a little star by is name, he "will not play due to injury/personal reasons." meaning he sucks and is over embarrassment
Im excited to see Strong safety Troy Polamalu :)...hes a beast
James Harrison will be starting too
Peyton Manning will be the starting quarter back
yay for 4 Jets starters :) Jones, Faneca, Jenkins (defensive tackle) and Washington

For the NFC
Glad to see Larry Fitzgerald and Kurt Warner on there
Chris Snee, guard, from the Giants
Running back Adrian Peterson, Minnesota

the Pro Bowl is okay. at least we get to watch players like Adrian Peterson against a monstrous defense.

I don't understand the NFL blacking out the Pro Bowl, in these tough economic times. god damn, I am tired of hearing that "tough economic times." it's starting to be like an excuse. so they haven't sold out the 50, 000 seat stadium - it looks as if they are like 3, 000 to 5, 000 below selling out.

if pro baseball can show games where there are only 500 people in the stadium, I'm sure the NFL can stop acting like they have a stick in their ass and show the Pro Bowl.
 
wow i forgot a posted this thread lol, i was so hyped on football but this is a fail. they were talking about it on the radio this morning and said they might cancel it?
and they were saying next year its going to be here in my home state.
 
Well it needs to move from Hawaii....If they blacked it out it would be pointless

Prob w/ the Pro Bowl is that players risk injury over an exhibition game.....therefore the players arent really playing that hard....which renders it pointless....

The NBA and MLB are def at the risk of injury isnt as great as in the NFL
 
I know clinton portis and chris cooley(redskins) are playing, but are they starting? Can't wait to watch it then lakers vs cleveland after!
 
Clinton Portis is not starting, because he shares his conference with Adrian Peterson. Cooley may be starting. it doesn't really matter, most players share most of the time anyways.

yeah, can't wait for that Lakers VS Cleveland game. go Cavs!

Oh yea, peterson had #2 or #1 most rushing yrds in the league, Portis was #1 at one time I think cooley might start hes pretty dam good.

And the LA cleveland game is gonna be crazy, we gonna beat you without andrew bynum! Go LA!!!
