that's pretty much what i was going to say (apart from wanting to be dead) I can't believe i read this whole thread and only one person on the 14th page said that :p

although if i am still here... sure, i'll go, if it's feasible ;)

There's one somewhere between canberra and melb too. We stopped there on the way down.

whether you post once a month or twice a minute, i shouldn't think it matters. people have careers, lives, studies, families & still manage to post. being on bluelight and having a life aren't necessarily mutually exclusive, are they? ;)

there are so many great people on the site from all around the world. i'd go to the meetup sober regardless of what stage my life was at because there are some awesome minds here & it would just be neat to meet people i've known for a decade without ever having seen before.

I'd go to the meetup sober AS A POINT!

I want to MEET a whole heap of people, not be too fucking munted to figure out anything...

There are probably more bluelighters from Ohio from than most other states. California is probably the only one that has more.

My plan will probably be complete by that stage, and I'll be settled in the UK in 2009 (after a stint back in Aus), so yes I'd like it to be in Amsterdam, or Prague if it has to be there. Then again I would never say no to the Ettamogah pub. :D
 
Just because there are a lot of BLers from one place, doesn't mean the rest of us should go there. Especially if that place is a shit hole. (Not saying Ohio is a shit hole, I haven't been there. Just saying, generally....).

DD: Ashke came from Ohio. That makes up for a lot :)
