200 MG pills, safe dosage?

Hi all,

I just got some european pills which measure at 200 mg's of MDMA per pill. I am from Australia, and have been doing MDMA for a good amount of time, but Australian pills are notoriously bad and low quality. Just wondering if 200 mg's is a fine dosage, or wether i should split them into half and do that.

I normally take 2-3 pills over the course of the night, but am wondering for the first dosage of the night. i just want to know whats the best dosage and safest, seeing as how the average pill in Australia is shite compared to other normal pills.

Rule of thumb is 100-150mg. If you decide to redose it should be less than your intial dose. 200mg of quality MDMA is more than enough for hours of fun:D

You could always break it into parts/fractions; in this case about 3/4 or 2/3. Yeah, you have to with these European pills otherwise they really put you on your arse.

200 mg is a very high dose, probably more than you want to take. Split them in half.
