I see your point and yes i probably could have used the search engine. I was on bluelight at the time and didn't realise there had been previous threads on a simular topic. And yes with this particular one i admit i am clueless as i am not a coke dealer/user (only a handful of times) and have never had a reason to look into such. Still judging someones overall drug knowledge on there post count seems a bit Ludicrous to me.

How are these people with no high level drug knowledge getting their hands on these (non-common) drugs?!?

Also while these drugs may be uncommon for the public to possess every doctor should/does carry local anaesthetics (for cutting moles, inserting catheters, performing minor procedures, ect). All it takes is a patient with a hint of kleptomania to procure these beauties. And from reading other bluelight threads you can tell many bluelighters wouldn't think twice about stealing a couple of vials if they needed/wanted them.
