I'm planning to go to a fest , then 2 weeks later a show.. I am definitely going to roll at nocturnal, but really hesitant on rolling at Kaskade as well. I know at least 1-3 months is recommended. Suggestions?

I take the pre-roll and post-roll precautions with multivitamins, 500mg magnesium, 5htp w/ green tea, etc.

I'm average height, healthy condition, 140 lbs.

Thanks for your time.

Rolling after waiting 2 weeks can be done... But you're honestly better off picking which one you'd rather roll at, and do something else for the other event (or go sober)

there's nothing wrong with only leaving 2 weeks, 1-3 months is being ridiculously cautious, 14 times in 12 weeks is probs he most i've known amoungst my friends and there were no negative repurcussions other than increased tollerance

I'm going to nocturnal too! I am also going to start taking 5htp and all that other good stuff prior to the event. Personally I wouldn't do 2 weeks but I have done EDC back to back so I know my body can handle it.. I think :/ Good luck!

As mentioned, try to keep future event names out of your posts. :\ Google indexes this forum, you know.

Anyway, while 1-3 months isn't necessarily an inflexible rule, rolling week after week will eventually catch up with you. There are plenty of people who don't seem to care about their health and will do this until they start to suffer from it, but this is a harm reduction forum where we try to minimize the risk of using Ecstasy. We're not here to give you the green light on something that's ill-advised or dangerous just because some people can get away with it without obvious problems.

For the majority of people who abuse, they'll be fine for a time, but eventually abuse catches up to you. The lucky ones will find that Ecstasy just doesn't do what it did for them before and burn out on it without anything worse happening to them. The unlucky ones will start to experience negative side effects like persistent depression, difficulty sleeping, mental fog, etc. that go away a while after they discontinue using Ecstasy. The very unlucky ones (or the extreme abusers) will be struck with acute problems, go through antidepressant regimes, therapy, etc. but find that they've become resistant to most forms of treatment. They then post on this board as a last resort. :\

If you want Ecstasy to remain a special and exciting thing for you (as well as diminish the chances of running into problems), the one month+ waiting rule is a good habit to learn. It's alright to break it every once in a while ("everything in moderation, including moderation"), but the idea is to condition yourself to respect the drug and its risks rather than to just chase a high.

Edited, my bad.

What is your weight if you don't mind me asking? Its safe to assume more mass higher tolerance in most cases no?

Very insightful thanks, I think I may pick one.

RGB is right!

I think we've all been in an MDMA "honeymoon" and rolled too often- the general rule is once a month. I've never heard a credible source say 2 weeks.

If anything, I now try to wait a minimum of 6 weeks- a year ago, I also thought 2 weeks was a good idea =/

That being said, if you roll 2 weeks spaced out once, I think you'll be fine. It catches up to you if you continually abuse it.
