whats up with the 2 week rule is that for feeling or for damage? cuz i never wait that long in between rolls and i always feel AWESOME are you suppose to wait 2 weeks so it doesnt damage as much or what?

There isn't a 2 week rule..
It's a 1 month (plus) rule (even though it's not really a rule)
It takes your brain about a month to replenish your serotonin, so if you roll before it's replenished, your level of serotonin keeps depleting and you'll in time feel less and less affects from MDMA. Also without spacing your rolls, tolerance builds up. You might be fine rolling often off say 1 or 2 pills, but pretty soon if you keep it up you'll need 3 pills, then 4.. etc.

Some say even rolling once a month will still cause damage in time. So if you're rolling multiple times in a month, it will definitely catch up to you.
Before you know it you'll be faced with random depression and anxiety and possibly slight brain damage (memory problems/thought processing, etc).

No Consequence is right, of course. :)

I think it bears mentioning that, while neurotoxicity hasn't been established in humans at recreational doses, there are very clear and proven problems that emerge from rolling frequently. As No Consequence mentioned, you end up depleting your reserves of neurotransmitters (most critically serotonin) which take time to recover. Rolling also exposes your neurotransmitter receptors (again, most critically serotonin receptors) to a level of stimulation far higher than the norm. As a result, they downregulate to "tune out" the stimulation, which can take a long time to return to normal (and is even more impacted by rolling over and over again in a short period). Both serotonin depletion and receptor downregulation can cause the problems that No Consequence mentioned, namely: "random depression and anxiety and...memory problems/thought processing, etc."

Assuming that neurotoxicity does occur, rolling more frequently will expose you to the obvious risk of accumulating brain damage. I shy away from saying that brain damage is the cause of the problems that people regularly experience with Ecstasy -- neurotransmitter depletion and downregulation seem like more fitting explanations, since the symptoms usually go away with time.

Of course, MDMA isn't exactly the most fairly studied chemical...there're probably a lot of risks that have either been inflated, downplayed, or simply undiscovered/ignored in the war between prohibitionists and enthusiasts. :\

You just haven't been rolling long enough for it to catch up to you yet. You should take at least 1 month breaks in between rolls as No_Consequence said. You're currently on track for losing the magic and (possibly permanent) brain damage due to downregulation of serotonin, etc.

This is like the third or foruth time you posted something about a 2 week wait....you will get the same answer now as you got the other times....2 weeks is not long enough...a month is the minimum you should wait but is still not enough time to ward off all of the bad effects that can come with taking MDMA.
