hi ya.. so i took way too much i think i will be alright tho i was just wondering when the peak of 10mg spanusle crushed up would be if ingested in water(empty stomach)... and the second question would is it safe to take any amount of cyclobenzaprine i just dont want my heart to stop or anything and that seems like the easy way out

If you want to know when a drug peaks you have to look at the given drug's pharmacokinetics... Which is basically what the body does to the drug (vs. The pharmacodynamics or what the drug does to the body). This will tell you how it metabolizes and when the highest concentrations are found in the body for example.

With amphetamines this can vary considerably depending on the urinary alkalinity/acidity.

On average, about one half of a given dose is
eliminated unchanged in the urine, while the
other half is broken down into various metabolites (mostly benzoic acid).[50] However, the drug's half-life is highly variable because the rate of excretion is very sensitive to urinary pH. Under alkaline conditions, direct excretion is negligible and 95%+ of the dose is metabolized. Having an alkaline stomach will cause the drug to be absorbed faster through the stomach resulting in a higher blood level concentration of
amphetamine. Having an alkaline bladder causes

The Dexedrine Spansules should peak around 2.5 hours. They only last about 6-8 hours unlike the other extended release ADD medications that usually last roughly 12 hours.

What is too much anyway? Cyclobenzaprine is a muscle relaxant but also a mild CNS depressant so it may help if you feel like you took too much.
