Ok so it's been at least 5 hrs since my diazepam splurge, safe to drink? Bc God help me, I need something! I like never drink but "fuck this" I need something before I go crazy from wd'ing from wtfe I'm wd'ing from.
Question two, what is the RC benzo? I can't remember & man I really need to order some and get it delivered like yesterday! Was it phenazepam?

Alcohol will make the withdrawal worse once it wears off. It's not a good idea.

As for the phenazepam, using it rarely ends well. You would need a very accurate scale that measures down to micrograms, and even them most people keep on dosing it until they wake up in jail 3 days later.

Yeah i mean be careful and start in moderation but I have used alcohol in a bunch of w/ds. I just went through some heavy, heavy, heavy benzo withdrawals (mostly xanax, but quite a lot of diazepam, and a lil lorazepam just cause i wanted to snort something). Anyway i was mostly on the diazepam at the end soo i'd recommend this exact methood....

I WANNA PREFACE THIS BY SAYING THAT YOU SHOULD GO COLD TURKEY IF YOU CAN, I HAVE HAD SEVERAL SEIZURES FROM MY BENZO USE/MISUSE/WITHDRAWALS SO COLD TURKEY WOULD HAVE KILLED ME, so what i normally do every time i need to take a break is this:

if you just stop diazepam and use another benzo you'll kinda still w/d from the old one, so if you can get your hands on some xanax (if you think you can control yourself). Now w/d from dizepam is more diffucult for me because i cannot control how much i'm on at any given time (long acting/takes like an hour to kick in & alprazolam i can dose throughout the day so i know what i'm on at a given time). So phase out the valium while you're just taking as little xanax as you can, using alcohol as an additional tool if needed, once you're stable on the xanax ween yourself off that using a week-2weeks at every different mg level you use. I was dropping my doses in a little under a week but I was dropping them slow and wanted to quit fast. Eventually i take 8ths of bars and astoundingly can notice them pulling me out of w/d's. anddd eventually you just stop taking 8ths as many times during the day, and then stop completely.

Now you CANNOT get fucked up on benzo during this period, just use them to make like (and w/d's) easier like they're intended for. Good luck buddy benzo's are my favvvorite drug but have some fuckkked up withdrawals that accompany them.

*****ahhhhh i misssed the whole part of you talking about phenazepam! DO NOT FUCK WITH THAT, the guy above me is right thats asking to get arrested. You can probally find something better to order if you nadadamean, and if not and you actually need to go to the doctor and they'll probally give you lorazepam or something else light and not retarded like phenazepam******

you could also go into a hospital and tell them your epileptic and you lost your.... uhhh... holdon.... levetiracetam, its an anti-seizure medication that will keep you from killing yourself. I have some lying around somewhere....

Altho quite expensive, from my research, I planned on orderin liquid phenazepam. That way I know what the dose is. I don't wanna mix a powder myself. TBH, I'd be dead of od if I mixed it.
My dr is bein a stingy bitch givin me Xanax. And lets be honest, diazepam is for teens who wanna rebel against mommy/daddy. That stuff does dick! And I went thru 150 mgs/day. Notta.
I finally caved and drank 80 ozs of malt liquor. I feel so fuckin much better. Course if I wake up tmrw wd'ing I just may become an alcoholic. At this point, fuck it.
EDIT: Damn it! Everyone is sold out of liquid phenazepam! Just my luck...

If you have a benzo problem Diazepam is considered pretty much the best one to use to come off due top its long half life it hangs about in your system for ages so smooths out the bumps a bit, the info gives all you need to taper off of benzos:-

But TBH I'm not sure from your post that coming off of benzos is what you are talking about, it sound like you are withdrawing from something else, I'm guessing an an opiete ? I could well be wrong its not clear and my apologies if I've missed this info in some other post.

Either way you appear to be seeking a hit rather than relief from WDs if you use benzos for that you'll just end up with a benzo habit instead of what you have now or worst case a benzo habit as well as what you have now. If you do source Phenaz in any form just be real careful try and make a note of when you dosed, I lost more than a week to that stuff.

All these things are easy for me to say when I'm not you crawling up the walls (although I'm not exactly a happy bunny on a benzo taper of my own) we kinda need to know what you are withdrawing from to be of any help.

That's the thing atm, I don't know what's causing these horrible wd symptoms.
I've been off opiates for over a month. I had 70 mgs of Valium today so it can't be benzo wd.
I just don't know what I'm wd'ing from! All I know is I know wd symptoms when I get them & for some reason I'm havin them :/
I wanna cut (I'm a SI) and I feel like I'm gonna "lose it". Oh God, I don't know what to do! I feel like I'm losin my mind!

What symptoms are you having baby?

I'd definitely give your doctor a call, get yourself checked over.. if you're not sure what you're withdrawing from anything, maybe this is something unrelated?

atm gives good advice on benzos.. and yes, pls be very careful if you do decide to try phenazepam. Etizolam is another RC benzo which is also active in 1mg doses but tends to come in handy pellets not dangerous powder.. but it sounds like getting more benzos probably isn't the best idea here?

Without knowing your Benzo usage its very difficult to say of you are having withdrawals, if you have been using heavily it is possible to be having withdrawals simply from the building tolerance, although I've never spoken to anyone that has suffered that problem, but Ms Ashton knows her stuff.

I'm feelin the same as Effie, it sounds more like some kind of episode, more of a panic attack of some sort, I suffered derealisation for years before I finally learnt what it actually was.

I'd get to the doctors ASAP, downing loads of Benzos doesn't feel like the best thing to be doing and you don't seem to be getting the desired result anyhow.

Hope your feelin better already if not in the near future, hang on in there...and try not to harm yourself you know its not the answer

My symptoms: flu like, achin, sweating, naseau. Then there's the feelin I'm "losin it", nervousness, can't sit still, desperation.
I feel like I'd do anything to "score", altho I'm not goin to do that...I like my freedom. Don't wanna hit up a narc.
I just don't know what's causin all this. I suppose a visit to my dr monday is in order.

^ this.. if you've not had opiates in a month, and are still taking about the same dose of benzos, it's not going to be WDs so my guess would be either side effects from medication or an unrelated illness - if it feels like 'flu then it could actually be 'flu, coupled with anxiety/stress, no way of knowing over the net really - either way I think you definitely do need to see your doctor. Good luck, hope you feel better soon and if it gets worse get some medical help sooner rather than later

nAON, just the ones I've listed. Lithium, valium, xanax and ambien. Very occasionally, tramadol.
Effie, It seems to be a bit worse tonight. Stomach pain from hell. Makes me wonder bc this is the same pain I had when I got pancreatitis. And with my liver enzymes up, I do see that as a possibility, right down to not bein able to eat without pain. If it gets worse, I'll go to the hospital. If not, I do know how to manage pancreatitis until Monday.
I know I should probably go now and catch it early but my teen is here and with fiance in jail and me in a cast to my knee I can't get there right now.
If it does become the unbearable pain I had before, I'll just call an ambulance.

Sounds like a plan - this does sound like something that needs some medical attention sooner rather than later and really, if it doesn't get better or if it is getting worse I certainly wouldn't wait until Monday. Trust your instincts and call an ambulance if you are concerned. Good luck love, sorry you have so much going on right now, but your health is so important, isn't worth taking a risk especially if it could be something like pancreatitis

I can take over 2xxmg Diazepam before i get the slightest relief from withdrawals

Stear clear of Benzos people, they just lead down a path to destruction (ime) without huge amounts of will power/self control and careful medical assistance.

This is sooo true. Benzo addiction is fucked up! I usually take 150+ mgs of diazepam or 20+ mgs of xanax before I feel fully functional. This of course is after 4 yrs of bein on them, thanks dr. <eye roll>
Effie, I did call my fam dr as a precaution. He said he believes it to be due to "fatty liver". And if food is botherin me stay with liquids. Also, to come in first thing Monday just to check out a few things.
Off to read about fatty liver. I know a little, but might as well arm myself with knowledge.
