hard To speculate on what this may be like ! The closest analogous structures don’t tell us much. For example, using the PCE base, our best exampe is N-ethyl norketamine (2-CL-2’Oxo-PCE) which was found to be lackluster.
But okay let’s look at that base and see what switching out the halogen might do. We lack data on what effect the different halogens have on the experience. The only two analogues I can think of where the 2 halogen is subbed out for another one is ketamine and 2F-DCK. Switching a larger halogen (Cl) for a smaller one (F) seems to yield a slight potency loss and a longer experience. So perhaps a Br would yield higher potency, but it really is impossible to say for sure with just two data points. But hell I’d love to see someone try it and find out for sure
