Does anyone else have trouble sleeping after rolling? and i mean like weeks after not just the night or the comedown. I rolled about 2 and a half weeks ago, had a pretty bad comedown and now cannot get a good nights sleep for the life of me. Its not like rehabilitation but not what i am use to. I could sleep 12 hours if i wanted and on days i didn't have anything to do i would sleep til at least 11 AM. But now it takes me a while to fall asleep and i wake up periodically throughout the night, and without fail wake up at 9 or earlier. And once i am up im up no falling back asleep which is also something that was quite easy for me. Im just wondering if this is something that will come back in time or if i should seek a sleeping aid.

Side Note: as weird as it sounds i don't really yawn completely anymore either. Never have a good long one that leaves me satisfied.

I have massive sleep issues naturally, so rolling screws up my sleep pattern even more.

More often than not, sleep issues are just anxiety, and if you're worrying a lot about if the roll broke your cycle, then you're definitely going to break your cycle.

Pick up some melatonin. I bought it after I did DXM and I felt like absolute shit for almost a week straight (motion sickness while walking, sleeping for under 4 hours a night, the works). The stuff has been a lifesaver ever since. I have lots of anxiety problems, so when I have anything to do the next day, I can't sleep for the life of me. Pop 2mg, and I get those huuuuuge yawns that are almost orgasmic, and sleep like a baby for 8+ hours.

OP,

Try eating some Sour cherries, quite a bit of them really.

They should help raise melotonin levels as well as serotonin, Melotonin is the chemical in which helps you to sleep

I read somewhere else that lettuce is a food that makes you sleepy too.
Hope you manage to sleep Insomnia is horrible
