1st time user of Crystal..Have some questions

Hey, I have known I am a drug addict for quite some time. I've been on hard stuff for about the last 8 years. Opiates are my DOC, but alki and benzos have always been riding shotgun. I've done MDMA a few times, but never Crystal, and today my BF got some and we said what the hell. Smoked some and snorted some. I think we had about a .3, and we went through it between 6-9 pm.

I've been searching the net for awhile trying to learn about it. (Not typical of me to snort first, search internet later)... After seeing the vast amount of information I figured id register and just ask. Questions below, sorry if I'm being to wordy.. I TOOK ICE FOR THE 1st TIME TODAY!

1. How long does this realistically last?
2. Can I take h? I don't shoot, just snort, and smoke occasionally, but don't want a bad combo. We have a .5 left but were scared of a kicking off a speedball on roids.
3. What are the best threads to check out on a regular basis? I'm new here but love what I've seen so far.

NOBODY can tell you that it's ok for you to use heroine while on meth. Can you use it and not die? Yes. Will you use it and not die? We don't know. Do YOU know your exact dose?
Uppers and downers are not exactly "bad combos" but realize you are using the ultimate upper and a super downer . Let's just say, results may fuckin vary .

Let me rephrase then. What is a generic safe time period before we can take it. That is a drug we use daily so we will obviously be taking it at some point. We are worried about taking it to soon, although the ice buzz is not creating the fun, energetic buzz it was the first couple hours. Vitals are all normal now, and were not elevated for that long after. I will say I've taken roxys and coke together more then a few times and it was one of the better buzzes I've ever had. Sounds like it's too much for you to control . Your vitals will not be normal on dope . And honestly being harm reduction , you jumped in too quick as if you should've tried it in the first place . Stop while ya can .
