Haha, 'Goosefair' - remember it well :) But yeh, under dosing is far worse for anxiety and difficult times simply because you still have enough of a grasp of reality for it to be an issue. Take enough and you cease to give a shit. This is why I always preferred mushrooms (liberty caps) as the price and availability was never an issue for me when it came to adequate dosing.. :)

But seriously, faces of death, coal mines and riding yer hogs tripping? Fuckin 'ell man.....

Never got on with shrooms of any form, always fucked my guts up, fine with 4-ho-met and 4-aco-dmt though. I don't even eat non psychoactive mushrooms, fucking alien lifeforms, i'm positive they arrived on a meteor impact or similar.

Grown a few kits out though and found that fascinating.
 
AL-LAD was pretty piss pour ime, but then HEAVY exposure to sheets an microdots from 14-18 may have tainted the exp a tad.

I've found aMT extremely psychedelic in the 70mg + ranges
 
Funny that, I always found mushrooms to feel 'natural' and like the lifeblood of the earth, whereas acid felt unnatural and synthetic (which of course it totally is). A lot of people seem to find mushrooms 'heavier' than acid - I find the opposite. Maybe I'm just an incorrigible hippy, or I've got strong guts. Either way, for me it's mushrooms every time...

Sadly yup, got to push the envelope dude, down the pit was a piece of piss, good job I was only on a button that shift, couldn't have done any actual graft.

Goose fair boxing ring was funniest though, we were in mufti, so they let one of us have a go, well sort of, we were all pissing ourselves and an acid grin is inescapable. Any roads, mate steps into the ring, other boxer has a look, see's that something is not right, mate takes his top off, club ink noticed, boxing dude says fuck no and gets out.

Mate says fuck it, i'll take anyone on for £100, no takers, so we all got in, grabbed whatever gloves that were lying around and proceeded to knock hell out of each other.

So about 12 of us in a boxing ring milling, owner not happy so calls plod, they stroll in, one shouts "stop" at the top of his voice "or you will all be arrested for a public order offence!"

Obvious outcome, boxing ring full of fucked bikers collapses in tears of laughter, I pipe up with, you're going to arrest us for throwing punches in a boxing ring( is there a more natural environment?) that we have just hired ( technically true, my mate paid a fiver to get in the ring)

Coppers face dropped, whole tent pissed themselves, plod walk out muttering and we all leave once we've stopped laughing. Gospel.=D

It was mate, we only went in there as the crowds were starting to freak us a bit and as usual, someone always comes up with a good idea, actually it was a very good idea looking back, as the member that got into the ring was a punchy fucker and we were starting to bunch up around him.(he was paranoid at the best of times) so the likely hood of it going off was on the cards Everyone was fine after the boxing booth though

I've never had the chance to try shrooms, I really want to though to compare them with LSD. I know a lot of people prefer one over the other. Even though I've come across loads of other drugs, shrooms is just one that's never made itself available to me.

Even as a none user, there is nothing finer than shrooming on an Autumnal day and if your location is Kosher you're surrounded by the little fella's.

Yeah, can imagine man.

I don't really know where to look you...I've tried looking on a few golf courses near me on some damp autumnal days but can never seem to find anything I believe to be psychoactive...too many deadly look-a-likes as well when you don't know 'exactly' what you're looking for.

Ignore cricket fields mate, head to the hills, especially south facing slopes. There's not really anything that looks like a Liberty cap that will kill you, but plenty of similar looking beasties will give you unpleasant reactions.
 
Tbh, there is nothing remotely deadly that looks anything like liberty caps. As a disclaimer I'd say don't pick unless you have a positive ID, but in reality the only really deadly fungi in this country (UK) are the amanitas - especially amanita phalloides which look like a white, circumcised cock (hence the name). If it's small and brownish with a nipple on top with dark gills on the underside, the worst that will happen is fuck all. Unfortunately, the days of mushrooms galore on golf courses, playing fields, etc died with current generations of fungicides. Get yerself up in the fields of Buxton or Wales and you will bask in the glory of mushydom....
 
My old spots have dried up in recent years. Luckily, the front gardens around my way are loaded with them. You just need to go quite late at night and be quick about it. Only once has an angry mob formed and they may just have been protecting their mushrooms.

When I was a student, I used to do a lot of picking from front lawns near the college - I used to go armed with a clipboard, knock on peoples doors and pretend to be a mycology student looking for ' samples' :D

Yeah, as far as I am aware, there are no small mushrooms that look similar to Semilanceata Liberty Caps that are deadly. They many be inactive & they may even be upsetting to the stomach, but to the best of my knowledge, none of them are deadly.
