Opioids 1mg xanex 4mg hydromorphone First time

So, Someone I met one time was telling me that he had snorted 4mg hydromorphone, then proceded to take 1mg xanex orally about 45 minutes after. He was asking me what I thought he may experience euphoria-wise, and if it will depress his breathing very much, and I figured This would be a good place to ask. He can sniff 30mg oxycodone and work in a restaurant without any problems performance-wise, and has taken many a vicoden without many problems. First time taking hydromorphone, and first time combining xanex with any opiates.

Don't mix benzos and opiates.

yeah don't combine xanax with hydromorphone your first time. I nod out pretty badly on hydromorphone, to the point that it can get scary sometimes, so i would in no way combine that with another CNS depressant, especially without a massive tolerance. Not a good idea.
