160 mg of vyvanse

I tooke 160 mg of vyvanse around 12:11 and its 5:24 and i feel a vibrating feeling in my stomach chest arms fingers legs etc besides my head and i havnt moved from were i was for a while so that probably is it and i went and grabbed a bottle of water and drinking that wich is helping but Idk what to do but it isnt bad it isnt pleasant either it is just interesting and i still feel the high feeling like when i did do stuff i was very focused and the top of my head is tingly especially i i touch my hair but what do i do

Oh yeah and i feel like a out of body feeling some reason

My vibrating feeling went away and i only still feel a out of body feeling and a tingly head it is nice tho and euphoric and veru focused so its all good but why does it make me feel like out of body like in more detail i feel zoned out but very focused and i feel tired Idk how i feel tired tho because its amphetamine but i do and the reason i had a buzzing feelinf was cause i was in the same place for about a half and hour or a hour
