150mgs, How much?

SWIM is curious as to how much 150mgs of molly would look. Like if it was in a capsule how full would it be?
SWIM recently bought 4 capsules that are supposed to be 150 each but it almost doesn't seem like it.
So if anyone has a picture or something, anything, to help with perspective it'd be greatly appreciated.

We don't use SWIM here, say ”I”

Just because the person you got them from said they have 150mg doesn't necessarily mean it's so. Molly will sometimes have cutting agents as well.

Empty it out and weigh it, you should also test it

I have a scale, it's just for bud though, so it's not fancy enough to measure by that little.
 
I'm aware molly can be cut. And I am aware that a scale could do it. However, I OBVIOUSLY don't have one that will measure that low, or I wouldn't be asking this question...
I just would like to know, generally, how full should a capsule be if it was 150 or 200 mgs?
How do I test it? Ive never done that

What size capsule is it? 00, 0, 1, 2?

If you look on ecstasydata.org they have capsules that have been sent in and you can kinda tell by the pic how full they are. They also say how many mg's in combined substances are in the capsule.

Don't worry OP, his attitude is like this to most people. You won't be able to properly measure the MDMA on a scale like yours.

Thizz Machine's post is likely your best option if you're set on rolling though if you can, try and order mg scales for your next time. They're not too expensive and totally worth it.

Well basically you want to find out what size the capsules are, as Thizz machine has said.

I have size 0 capsules, and when i measure 180mg on the scale, and put it in one, if you was to put the capsule upright ways, you know how it comes in 2 parts,
Well say the biggest part is at the bottom, it just over half fills up the biggest part.


But. This does entirely depend on how powdery or rocky your mdma is, like mine is quite rocky so it might take up more room.

So at a guess id say half of the bottom part of the capsule if its a size 0 . but it depends how powdery yours is

OP, though it might not help you this time, a scale that will do what you're looking for can be acquired pretty cheaply. Here's a good thread on the topic:

dont mean to hate but this is a really bad question. eyeballing mg's is not accurate what so ever, it would be nearly impossibly to tell you how 150 mgs "should look" furthermore all substances weigh different amounts and with out knowing the density it is pretty much a crap shoot. Other things such a capsule size, cutting agents also play a role.... If any one tries to answers this question they are full of shit.

I'll try answering it.

If the guy says they are 150mg they are 150mg until you weigh it and prove otherwise.
 
I mean, my scales weight out 100mg for me.
So i can easily cut that into 5 piles, which ive checked on a friends scale and im +/- 3mg Max,

so if i go for a 120 dose, it is going to be 117 - 123mg which isnt going to much difference.

The scales you get are definately influenced by what potency stuff you are going to be weighing on them might have.

Mine are just 0.01 - 10g scales, cost less than £8 though, but they weigh a 1p coin at 3.56grams so they must be accurate
 
Milligram scales can be had on amazon for 25-30 bucks... shipping included...

Don't wanna order stuff like that on your credit card? Don't have a credit card?
Go to whatever mart and buy a prepaid card... pretty simple...

Reagent testers and a milligram scale are the 2 best ivestments you can make if your around these kind of drugs...

Head shops usually only sell "tenth" scales for as much or more than a milligram scale online... and a tenth scale is only good for pot really...

I need nothing better than the scales i have really, im happy enough with them.
Im not doing RC's anymore so i dont need to measure small amounts, it would be nice to have exact doses to prat about with, but at the same time i read that not every mg of mdma is necessary Active
 
Yes I know you don't need to be EXACTLY at 150mg... but with a tenth scale your working with an accuracy of +/- 100mg... meaning if you weigh out say 300mg, your actual sample could be in the range of the low 200s up to the high 400s....

The way to get around this is to weigh out a larger sample... a gram for example.... and then very carefully divide that down into equal sized piles... 5 piles = approximately 200mg each.... half of one of those is about 100mg and so on....

This takes a very careful hand and eye, high powered reading glasses or a magnifying lense helps

If your dragging your heels on the milligram scale is the best way I can think of...

The only other time I've seen tenth scales used for something other than pot was at a music festival where a guy was weighing out half grams of molly.
 
if i want to measure out say, 160mg,
It will show me , 0.15 , 0.17 (whoops too much) . 0.16 Yay done it :)

But it wont show up anything less than 100mg
