15000 mg acetaminophen over 13 hours

Hi,

I'm sorry if this post is not in the right spot.

I am really scared right now. Yesterday over the course of 13 hours I took 30 Vicodin pills 5-500. Which equals to 15,000 mg of acetaminophen. I don't really feel too bad except I have little upset stomach and I did force myself to throw up this morning. Please don't lecture me for doing this, but I want to know if I'll be ok. Can someone relate to this? I can't goto the doctor because I don't want to make my family scared. I'm a bigger guy, 280lbs 6'0" tall.

Any thoughts people have would be very grateful!

Please go to the ER immediately. I don't want to scare you but 15 grams of acetaminophen is a very dangerous dose.

We can't do much more than tell you to do that, and do it now. Your family will be very grateful if you go to the ER now.
