15 yr old dies from 1 tablet of ecstacy dealer charged with murder

almost everything miamiroller said is true. i'm chillin in hallandale right now and have lived in south florida for 19 or 20 years. nobody knows shit about what 'ecstasy' is, let alone harm reduction. everyone here thinks 'rolls' are heroin and coke 'rolled up' into a pill, holes in your brain, etc etc

aside from what he said about the dealer,i agree with everything

have you seen a 15 year old girl lately? i check out girls all the time that are probably wayyyyy younger than i think they are (something to do with McDonalds,lol.) also, do you think he asked for her ID? come on now
 
ok i just wanna clear things up:
I DO NOT want the dealer to get the death penalty!
It was the girls choice to purchase and consume the pills!
The dealer did not come after her, strap her down, open her mouth, and forcefully shove the pill down her throat!
THAT would've been murder.
So yes i disagree with the being charged with murder.
However, I do agree that he get a couple of years of imprisonment, only because (as far as we know) the girl didn't do anything unwise to seal her fate, and seems to have been the pill (mdma or not) alone that killed her.
I hope this will scare dealers into making sure the pills they are buying to sell are of good quality.

Dude gimme a break. You really cant tell a teen-ager when you see one? Let alone a younger teen-ager , like a 15yr old??
but still the guy shouldnt be charged with anything IMO

I'm sayin. I don't know where you live, but I find it easy to confuse a 15 year old from a 17 year old around here. Not that I'm interested in either (I'm 23), but EVERYBODY ("I told you a million times not to exaggerate!") was rolling at that age down here. So maybe he would have been hesitant to sell to her if he knew she was 15, maybe not, but its not uncommon for 17 year olds, or 15 year olds for that matter, to be rolling down here. My sister is 17 years old and I sure as hell don't want her taking drugs of any kind. But that's life. I know she doesn't for a fact, but she lives in suburban Minnesota, not Miami. Oh and her mom is a police officer who would probably shoot her own child if she found out she was using drugs. Fuck that bitch. Sorry, point made.

i know what you mean but i also know that there are MANY people down here that know about "harm reduction" and such.
you shouldn't generalize about south florida when there is a HUGE scene down here..

i do understand where you are coming from, i just think you need to slow ya roll%) and stop making BROAD and GENERAL statements... u feel me?

like for example, not everyone in hialeah speaks like that nor is everyone "reffy".

there are many other ways to get your point across..

that girl and her "friends" were immaute hood-rats.
and the dealer was selling pills he bought from someone so i think the "dealers" aren't at fault, the chemists are.

but i applaud your hate for bad pills.. i wish i had that luxury.. most pills i get down here in south florida are meth bombs.

im sorry to have generalized but its the truth and most are the way i said they are. i have yet to meet a single person who is actually educated on mdma. i love it because they talk like they know this for a fact "bro i makes holes in your brain!" and then they go and ask another ignorant asshole "right ecstasy makes holes in your brain? right its made from cocaine and heroine? tell him!" trying to make me look like the uneducated one. i dont even argue with people nor do i correct them anymore when i hear them make such statements because im only one person vs the rest of miami that says otherwise. so nobody believes me and i dont care anymore. and yes the girl and her friends were hood rats i saw the news and none of her friends could even talk right.
no surprise they tried pouring strawberry milk down her throat. i had to laugh when i heard that. what a dumb ass thing to do. you would think maybe a little bit of water or some gatorade? oh no! lets go to the walgreens on collins and 41st and get her some strawberry milk! nothing like strawberry milk when your feeling sick on a hard drug! im tellin you.....any ways def have to agree with you on the pills situation! miami/south florida has been getting nothing but shitty pills lately! to find clean rolls now is like finding the holy grail!

as for the dealer/chemist thing....the dealer should know the quality of the pills. if you are buying in bulk you should damn well be entitled to sample one as ive heard others do. if the pills are shitty, dont buy them and sell them to anybody! period! we need to encourage chemists to make mdma only pills! im tired of these shit pills!
 
oh and you guys want to hear something else? the mother of the girl wants the person who bought her daughter the pill to go to jail as well. =/

Agreed. I am willing to bet we find out the she also took some benzos or drank or was taking anti-depressants or soemthing. I have a hard time believing that the other 2 girls are fine and she just fell out and died from that 1 pill and nothing else. As for the murder 1 charge, I am also willing to bet that that will get dropped to manslaughter or something along those lines. Murder 1 is a captial crime, so if he gets convicted he could be put to death for selling 1 pill to a willing and eager girl. Bullshit.

and if i may ask, where are you seeing this news?? the mother and the girls friends talking?? i haven't seen these reports.. do you know what channel showed them or if they might be online?

they aired it last night at 10pm est. on the cw 39 which used to be the wb 39.
but the news report was soooooo shitty and dissappointing! they started off by saying " a young girl of 15 took one ecstasy pill and it was her last...."
they showed the gas station where she met up with the guy ( the U gas station somewhere in hialeah) then they showed her school and interviewed some of her friends, which i will say all sounded like morons, and then went on to the mother who clearly stated that she wanted the friend that bought her daughter the pill in the slammer as well. and guess what. did they mention at all the cause of death? no. all they said was that "a single" ecstasy pill killed the girl and that was it. basically making it look like ecstasy is a pill for instant death for whoever so wants it. no explanations of hyponatremia,heatstroke,drug combos, adulterated pills- nothing. just that the pill killed her. now this is just going to over demonize ecstasy more than it already it is. =/
 
MiamiRoller, i completely agree with u. I live in Miami and most people here are ignorant, they have no idea what they are putting on their mouths. I hear so many people say "a pill is a pill" . No dumbass, a pill is not just a pill. They dont care, they just think each MDMA pill is "different" . The only people that seem to have a remote idea about pills and their adulterants are the older people that have rollwe many times, and not even that. Or the members here. All these other kids are just freaking stupid.
Also, i dont think her pill containing adulterants is what killed her. Come on, how many of u have taken a pill with some kind of adulterant in it and still alive? How many have taken a BUNCH of pills in a night full of meth or dxm and didnt die? So unless she had poison in her pill, i dont think a small amount of dmx (im sure she has taken cough syrup before) or meth in a pill would have killed her. The symptoms that she had looked more like an adverse allergic reaction to mdma or any of its contents. Itching? Stopped breathing? THat sounds like anaphylaxic shock. Plus her friends were fine. So it had to be something with her body that rejected the mdma.
And come on guys, dealers dont care how old you are! They dont always test their pills! It's not his job to ID everyone that wants to buy a pill from him! U are the one coming to the dealer, so u should know what the hell u r doing and whether to trust him or not. THey are dealers, not counselors! If the law was different in this country and mdma was legal, then maybe yes, they would have counselors there when u purchase a pill!
Youngs kids should be educated on drugs. A young girl that is going to south beach with strangers and buying drugs from a strange guy is not an educated girl, im sure her parents never spoke to her about drugs or its consequences. Im sure the girl didnt even know anything about mdma. So now the mom is gonna go blame the dealer and her friends?? Give me a break...fucking ignorant people. And this government looooves to keep us ignorant by hiding facts in the news and putting out statments like "girls dies from taking 1 tablet of ecstasy"

i guess she was one of those "2" per every 100,000 users that die each year from a severe allergic reaction. and lmao are you kidding me? ofcourse the government will NEVER give explanations as to how a person who has died from ecstasy died other than that the pill killed him or her.
 
i mean and honestly with all the people who roll here in miami (and thats alot of people), i was surprised i hadnt heard anything about anyone dying til now

Whats wrong with drinking milk while on it? I wouldnt since it would taste weird but i thought it was a good lubricant to keep the mouth from getting too dry. I always have some day after doing speed...
