I was 16 when I first had my psychedelic experience. It was on 2 hits of potent lsd, with my good friend, who was 15 and taking lsd for his first time as well.
Set and setting? In his room in the basement at around 11pm with his parents just hitting the sack. Neither of us really knew too much about the psychedelic experience; such as really never heard of bad trips or freak outs. We only heard amazing thing about visuals and amazing body sensations. I liked that, it meant the idea of bad trips was no where floating around in my head. But any ways we dropped the hit at around 11 and sparked up a bowl of some danks and turned on "The Outsiders". It was my friends favorite movie at the time (shit it still might be lol). About 40mins later we weren't feeling any change at all. So we pack up another bowl and get to blazing. By the time i go to blow out my second hit, i this most amazing wave of euphoria rush through my body. And after that I was I knew the night was about to be beautiful. I passed the bowl n just started staring at my buddies ceiling. At first it is just swaying back and forth, like i was looking at water in a pan just flowing. The the faces started to surface, i saw 1 big face of the Boogie Man from the Nightmare Before Christmas and tons of small ones to the side of him. The big one just kept on getting bigger and creeper and the little faces in the back were just laughing at me. I really didn't freak me out or anything, but right when i went to tell my friend about it, everything was going wild. He was laying on his bed just laughing at the wall. The movie and froze and i just kept seeing the crazy shit on the tv screen. That's when we turned that off and started listen to Bucket Head. For the next 8 hours we just sat in his room having the times of our life's and it truly beautiful.
Then for the next few months every other weekend we would eat lsd or 8th of mushies in his room and just explore everything, even though it wasn't there. That's what the psychedelic is about ain't it?
Anyways I fell in love with the psychedelic experience. I'm still going strong and love it. But to be honest, when i was in high school and didn't have too many responsibilities that was the cats meow. Sometimes when I'm tripping now i just get a little sad and miss the old days of tripping care free. But that is why i usually take winter off, and just go hard during festival season.
ALSO: It does sound like you are going to eat some mushrooms soon, and then probably some lsd. Just don't eat any MDMA til you really are a little older, 18+ at least.
