So with 7-oh being banned literally everywhere in the USA, I recently heard about 13-oh. Does anyone know anything about it and willing to share any info?
Once 7-OH or mitragynine pseudoindoxyl are fully finalized as Schedule I substances, federal prosecutors will finally have the baseline they need to argue that 13-OH is a controlled substance analog
The extended public comment period just ended on Sep 10th, it hasn't actually been banned yet. It's possible it'll go to a vote with congress atp but we'll see. When did it officially get banned? I haven't seen an update yet.
It's not banned yet which is crazy. Always check the DEA website lits of controlled substancesWhen did it officially get banned? I haven't seen an update yet.
Yeah, it's odd all right. I read that the distinction between 7oh and MGM15, 16, and pseudoindoxyl are that the latter are synthetics not found in kratom, whereas 7oh can be considered a natural part of kratom, and they are not intending to ban kratom. They have to go through regulatory hoops to establish what concentration of 7oh can be in a product and be legal, and what amount would become illegal. It's not banned yet which is crazy.
