12mg bprenorphin (subutex)=???mg methadone

the title explains it all.. how much is 12mg subs= to XXXmg methadone, thank you...

going through rough times, and tthe sub is just not cutting it at all... i can take 60 mg sniffed in a day, and hardly get any relief... i want to switch to methadone, i was on i for a yea and a half and it was relieving... any inut?

you take 60mg of bupe a day sometimes?

there is a ceiling dose of about 32mg.....

a general rule of thumb from switching from done' to bupe is to taper down, and change over at 30mg....after waiting for three days or more (important)

but you can easily go from bupe to done', just wait 24hours and dose 30mg......

from here, your doc will start to raise your dose.....you should be comfy the whole time

^^yeah bu the ceiling dose is if the BA is complete... when snorting, the BA is around, 55-60mg... they usually start us with 40mg methadone here.. bu the first time i wen, i was sill not feeling good so i went back hourss laer aand hey bumped me to 60mg (Also, i usually do my 60mg in one day and have scrap all for the next 6 days...
