Opioids 120ml/day methadone habit - a Fentanyl 100 mcg/h (Dolforin brand) ?

hey guys,

ive been on 120ml/day of methadone since april 2012.
would one patch of Dolforin brand of fentanyl worn like meant to, make me high? like add something to my methadone high or something maybe? or should i just try and smoke it?

what are You're opinions and experiences with said dilemma and this brand of fent patches.

No it wont work!! Trust ive been on meth for a while & tried eating 3mcg 100 patches....NOTHING.

My guess is(which i dont know if i can post this but....u either have to smoke or iv it-which is very dangerous & complicated if you wanna get higher benzos not opiates will do somthing but benzos are sooooooooo addicting on meth.....trust i have delt w it!

120ml=120mg? If so, it will not work. You would probably need somewhere around 3x 100mcg/h patches at least. When I was on 12mg subutex daily I would want 2x 100mcg/h patches and 1x 50mcg/h patch to feel high.

Also, fentanyl on top of 120mg methadone +40mg alprazolam doesn't seem like the best of ideas.

I don't really know, i'm on the patch for years, with clonazepam, i had methadone 3 times on top of these, with lyrica and amitryptylline too, the 2 times the methadone even reached me, but the once i got fucked. So i really don't know, also these things different from people to people, as i'm sure you know..But, whatever you do, please be really fuckin careful, cause fentanyl+methadone+xanax have killed people with really high tolerance, at least leave the fuckin xanax out, get a friend with you, or (the best option IMO) don't do it...Or use the fuckin patch bucally, after you cut it in some pieces..Well, IDK buddy, it's not an easy situation, please again be fuckin careful whatever you fuckin do..%)

PS:I think i understand you, you have a huge tolerance and you wanna fuckin get high, i've been and i guess i'll be again there so many times, but please remember:This is when an OD happens, knock on wood of course..Be safe, mate.

I tried doing 4 of the 100 mcg patches last spring no high, but I really noticed after the 2.5 days that it really really knocked my severe pain down. But as for a buzz, not a bit. Only thing that works is Meperidine/Pethadine. Good luck finding amps of this...

Take heed to this warning. We have had bluelighters die from fentanyl overdoses. One 100mcg/hr patch is a lot of fentanyl.

If you insist on taking the fentanyl, do not misuse it (smoking, chewing, IV'ing). Only place it on your arm as intended. Do not mix it with any other opiates or CNS depressants (Alcohol, Benzodiazepines, Barbiturates, Sleep medication).

Misuse of fentanyl is incredibly dangerous. It is by far the easiest opioid to overdose on.

350mg's of methadone a day? That is just ridiculous. Clinics that give people doses that high are reckless and irresponsible and should be shut down. That is fucked.

350mg IS WAY TOO MUCH for ANYONE. I don't care who you are. NOBODY should be on that high of a dose.. That's just fuckin' ridiculous, man.

That's very reckless & irresponsible of you, and on the clinic's behalf as well. That place should be shut down ASAP. I can't even imagine all of the people who fell victim to the misuse of drug treatment by that shithole of a place.

there is a dude on Opiophile who is on 800mg+/day.

he gets like 300mg+ himself then buys one dudes takehomes and then gets some 10liter (2.5 gallon) bottles from somewhere else (no idea where, perhaps has a relative working at another clinic or i dunno).

anyway, its verified that he indeed is on that high of a dose. there is another member from the same area and they know each other.
aint no way these two grown men would think it would be "dope" to measure your dick by the mg's of methadone one is on.

everybody else is saying to him that its fucking ridiculous and meaningless but he is adamant that he is ok with the situation (having a tolerance of OVER 800 milligrams of fukcing methadone.

i am on 235mg right now, but was on 120mg for 1,8 years (would have been 2 years March 27th). but i fell off and started using mefentanyl (3-MF, read 'bout it on wiki if you wanna, its basically 60-1000 times stronger than morphine) since its the only opiate readily available on the streets. no pills, no heroin, no opium - NOTHING but the most chemical shit youve seen made by St. Petersburg, Russia universitys' young chemists. Its smuggled in by Chechens.

those last sentences are not something i know 100% as in about the chechens and uni students making the fentanyl.
i do know its coming from St. Pete, though and i do know that chechens have a huge stake on the whole eastern continent drug market (whole of russia, (north)eastern europe and to an extent central europe)
