10mg vallium 2mg xanax together?

I have used the same combo in the past, all was well.
Personally valium never has really messed me up, very light pleasant feeling. As for the Xanax, that's a super low dose.

While mixing benzos isnt recommended, I think its reasonable too say the combo/dose you mentioned should be safe.

2mg Xanax is the equivalent of 20mg diazepam. So think of it as 30mg Valium dose but the diazepam will kick in a bit quicker. Overall don't see this dosage as being any issue as long as you don't have 0 benzo tolerance. Coz with no tolerance this will be a nice sleeping tablet.
