Opioids 10mg oxycodone hydrochloride (OxyNorm so instant release)

Hi all

Ordered 10mgx4 of oxynorm before xmas, arrived today... since I have tooth ache and I'm waiting for the nerve to die. Tonight it has flared up and well shit, i got some of the best oral pain killers in my draw.

So took 10mg 15mins ago. Thought i felt nausea but empty stomach apart from fresh orange juice. Have got a first generation antihistamin (chlorpheniramine maleate) and some other antiemetic which contains promethazine teoclate. So if i do get nausea, I'll pop either one of them to see if it helps.

Any tips? I mean, I can't really afford to get addicted to strong opiates like oxy, but I keep using 7.46mg of dihydrocodeine OR 12.8mg of codeine phosphate. Both over the counter (first one also contains 500mg paracatamol and latter contains 200mg ibuprofen) - I could easily get addicted to these over the counter drug pain killers.

Not sure what replies I'm expecting, have I prepared my first oxycodone oral usage right, with having the correct meds to help me if I get in the shit? Idk? Worth noting im scripted diazepam and i also supplement my diazepam with my own supply and also take etizolam, but cutting my etizolam down after i figured out i was averaging 10mg a day, eeek.

Other than that I currently vape synth cannabinoinds, won't vape until I know how oxy effects me though. Thanks for reading, any replies welcome along with constructive feedback. P.S I'll never got to a dentist haha, rather wait for the nerve to die :O

EDIT: No nausea, feel uplifted and content. Feels nice to be content right now... going to dose another 10mg though, 90mins since I did my first dose. Feel like this redose will amp things up as I do feel content. First and last redose though, as 20mg is strong according to erowid with no tolerance

I'd stay away from the synthetic cannabinoids (definitely while you're on oxy, in general if possible).
One of those anti-histamines will definitely help if you get nauseous or itchy (might even help to pre-empt by just taking one).

Diazepam will effectively double the potency of the oxy, so be very careful mixing.

As long as you can stay above it and only take what you need you prob won't get addicted. However I would recommend not taking any of that and instead just smoke real weed. It's totally safe, non addictive, will tret your pain and nausea, and it's a lot of fun

I would advise against oxycodone experiments because your tolerance is only at otc level.
For example, im on 120mg of DHC and 240mg of codeine daily and the doctors habe only just started to discuss moving me onto morphine or oxycodone.
Your normal otc doses are a fraction of mine and your jumping up to oxy?!.
This will end up two ways (imo) you will OD or you will push yoir tolerance up so high that your 15mg of DHC or 16mg of codeine will have no effect and you will buy more oxy etc etc and then the joys of addiction.

Yeah noticed today, I'm a polydrug user (isnt everyone?) and never knew what was causing feelings i dont know how to describe, anxiety over nothing, restlessness etc from synthetic cannbinoid use. So although i have like 13g of this blend left, im leaving it in a dark cupboard for now.

I'm not sure i can get great quality weed for a good price. Already a benzo addict... took another 10mg oxy 50mins ago and it's removed the bad feelings I was getting from the synth noids, but I'm not high from the synth noids anymore. Also I notice synth noid highs are very short lived, the crack of cannabis lol.

But my first oxy experience last night was amazing... so now, do I become a regular opiate user? Ugh idk, getting oxy from darknet is expensive. Could always CWE codeine/dyhydrocodeine though right?

This is what I have in my notes, tell me if it's accurate please? "10mg Oxycodone is equiv to 82.5mg of codeine (note to never go higher than 240mg codeine, does not increase efficacy) or 70mg+ dyhydrocodeine [wiki page mentions upto 500mg dyhydrocodeine]"

00:56 - Just under half a glass of CWE dyhydrocodine (around 60mg roughly of DHC)

Wasn't nodding on just the oxy, but starting to nod now with the 60mg of CWE'd DHC from paramol pills., 8pills worth.
