10mg/ml Morphine

So a friend is straight up giving me 5ml of 10mg/ml morphine, if I don't use opiates that often and 20mg of oxycontin has me throwing up, and 20-25mg of hydro is my sweet spot, what would be a good dose of morphine? I was thinking maybe 25? Or should I do the whole 50, it's not meant for IV use so I would just put it under my tongue or swallow it? Any way to make it stronger? Perhaps with an extracton or any other form of Ingestion?

You should use the morphine rectally as an enema. It's already in solution, so the process will be that much easier. Rectal bioavailability is the second ROA behind IV in terms of potency, on average being ~2x that of oral use.

That really is your only option. 50mgs of oral morphine is simply not enough for an enjoyable experience. Especially if you have a tolerance to opioids in any way. That said, if you are positive you want to go the oral route, you will need to drink the whole 5mls of solution.

If you do choose to go the rectal route, I would load up your 50mgs in a needle-less oral syringe, push approximately half to start, wait 15-30 minutes and then do the other half if you are not where you want to be. Personally I would just plug the entire dose as a one off regardless as it's highly unlikely that you will overdose from that. However, safety first and only you know your boundaries with opiates.

If I don't have a tolerance that much, than what should I start with? I'm 6'1" 220 lbs, not a fat build either. As far as plugging I have a 10mg syringe, how far would I push that ? I don't want to go deeper than I have to as I am a straight male and having foreign substances inserted in me rectally is not my favorite past time.
