Opioids 10mg methadone pill = 10mg methadose (liquid)

For just 10mg dosage, even if it's 2mg short, it's not going to be a huge difference.
It would be a larger difference to take 100mg and only be getting 80mg. This is a more significant difference.
So even if there is a slight change in potency I'd reckon they'll both get the user close to where they want to be.

Hi. That's wrong I'm afraid. I was prescribed 90ml daily for 3 years and then I decided I'd had enough of being controlled by the government(that's another story). So I cut down by 5ml every week. The worst week was when I went from 10ml to 5ml. Which was actually halving my dose and was pretty sick from it. So, even though one is only 2ml and the other is 20ml. They are both 20% reductions and you would feel the same. Provided that each dose was taken for the same length of time. Long enough for your body to rely on each dose.
