Here or there.
I usually do adderall when I want to take stimulants, so I don't know much about concerta other than it isn't as nice as ritalin because of the time release. I'm not sure how long it stays in your system, so, would it be alright to take 300-400mg of tramadol 11 hours after 108mg of concerta or would I be at risk for a seizure? I have a pretty shitty headache right now because of the concerta and I also feel a bit on edge, so yeah, thanks for the info.

yah definitely no. wait until tomorrow. im not saying that you will have serious complications if you take the tramadol, in fact you could be completely fine... but you are barking up the wrong tree and some severe shit could happen. concerta is the extended release form of ritalin so it is going to last 8-12 hours, and even though you have stopped feeling the effects, the drug is still affecting your body.

trust me, i have learned to respect tramadol. dont just think of it as a harmless opiate that doesnt do shit, and as i have learned from past experiences, if you play with fire you are going to get burned. that is if you fuck with ultram too much than you will eventually have a seizure.

I took 300mg of tramadol at 9 pm the other night, and was actually nodding off until about 4 in the morning. When i woke up at 10:30, I could still feel some mild effects. It's definitely not as "wack" as people make it out to be.

Tramadol is metabolized by the CYP2D6 enzyme in the liver just like codeine. So in theory, people who can metabolize it better into O-Desmethyltramadol get a very strong buzz. In most cases it's either hit or miss.
