Opioids 105mg oxycodone little to no tolerance - already ingested

Wow, I can't believe I just posted the face that taking 100mg oxycodone could kill someone.
I take up to 150 instant release in one go (usually have 60-120mg at a time) and can get through a good 250mg between say 10pm and 3am. And that's with Promethazine as a potentiator. And alprazolam.

To be fair I do lower the xanax accordingly. Example: 100mg oxy and 1.25-2mg xanax
220mg oxy and 0.25mg xanax

If it's somebody's first time taking an opiate / opioid, or even if they've taken them for years in the past but have not done so for a month, it's still potentially lethal and definitely not what I'd find recreational. Who the hell wants to take more than necessary of oxy to reach the desired effect? Also, most OD's occur in people that have been using for 5-10 years, not those who are total newbies, so statistically having a tolerance can end up meaning more "risk-taking" in terms of dosage consumed and thoughts of security / lack of fear regarding overdose.

That definitely could kill you. Go see a doctor, or at least get a guy to watch you.

I take it every few days and always take 90mg hydro or oxy at a time and seems like I could use a bit more.

If you have a tolly 100mg won't bother you.

You need to do an extraction method on the OP's. Be careful with the percs, 9= 3Kmg apap at once. Do that daily and your sure to have problems.

I don't know about the U.Sn or other countries, but here the maximum daily dose of acetaminophen is 4000mg. Maximum 1000mg per dose and at least 4 hours between doses. People have actually been having liver failure, getting very sick, even dying from taking the recommended dose for a long period of time. People who take THE PRESCRIBED DOSE have DIED.
I heard they are going to lower the maximum dose to 3000mg a day but I don't know well.

I take codeine, oxycodone and OxyContin right now and have been on every opiate there is from a 10mg/5ml morphine syrup drink to 72hr fentanyl patches. But I never take acetaminophen. I only take it (begrudgingly) I'm either in serious pain or opiate withdrawal and the only thing available is like percocet vicodin. Even then I'd probably spend ages online trying to find a way to extract the acetaminophen.
