I dunno how prevalent it is but a lot of the kids I went to undergrad with in upstate NY called it skerb. A lot of people also used the term 'brazin brunts' to refer to smoking a blunt, so I guess brunt could be an alternate for blunt

One guy I know who smokes a fair amount of JWH-018 and -073 as well sometimes calls 'the real thing' Delta-9. He had some funny name of his own for baked pot goods too based on the form thc metabolises into when eaten (11-hydroxy-thc) but I can't remember what it was exactly.
