100mic fent patch

Okay so I know fentynal is a very strong opiate and iv used it a lot in the past.
The thing is every time iv used it I have scraped it and smoked it or chewed on it or use it iv.
I wabt something that that will I can make last a while so a patch seems perfect.

Seeing as iv never used one transdermal idk if it really would get me super high.

I have a mediocre opiate addiction.
When I use fent patches and chew on them I usually use about a 5th of a 100mic patch,idk of that can help me get the answer I'm looking for but any input is really appreciated.

I'd be reevaluating my assessment if I were you as far as addiction goes.

Is there any point to the abuse? Or just bcos you can?

I am not sure if I understood right but you are saying that you have used fentanyl before by smoking, chewing (=buccal) and injecting?

And while chewing on them you use one fifth of a 100mcg/h patch and I assume it is a Duragesic brand name patch that can be kept for a seven days before changing?

Am I correct about those infos?

And you are asking if using the patch as it should be used would get you super high?

If you dose by chewing one fifth of a 100mcg/h patch that lasts for a seven days you would have dosed 3360mcg at once because (100mcg/h*24h*7)/5=3360mcg.

Buccal bioavailability is ~50% so 1680mcg would have entered to your bloodstream.

Bioavailability for transdermal is ~92% and therefore 100mcg/h patch will deliver 92mcg to your bloodstream per hour.

Do you think that you would get high from having a patch on your skin that delivers 92mcg of fentanyl to your bloodstream within an hour if you have been using 1680mcg instantly before?

Which one is higher dose? 1680mcg or 92mcg?

Which one is more rapid? Instant or within an hour?

Yes I have used the patches in other ways than the tradional way.
That being said it has been a long time and my opaite tolerance has significantly gone down.
Maybe I should of wordered it better.
I know it won't be as intense of a high but I'm wondering if it still be worth it because I want to make it last asking as possible.
I don't see the issue with the question.

What opiate and what dosage you are currently using? Based on that I could give an estimation if that 100mcg/h patch would be under or over your current tolerance.

Well I currently use about a half gram of heroin a day.
Each shit I do is about 2 points and incase your on the east coast each point is prolly equivalent to two average stamp bags.
And that is iv

When it comes to other opiates I don't really do any but I guess when I do it's very early dilaudid and I shoot about 12 mg at a time.
For each the heroin and the dillies when I do these amounts I'm not saying this is wher I have to stop but this is wher I stop so I can make my gear last.i can handle bigger shots.

Well 12mg Dilaudid converted to fentanyl is 800mcg so you wouldn't get high from having 100mcg/h patch on you.

It would stop withdrawals but there is no change you would feel anything else.
