100 mgs of Oxycontin

I've been taking 80 mgs of Oxycontin daily for quite a while now for an injury. I have a fairly high opiate tolerance. Would taking another 20mg tonight hurt (I took my normal dosage this morning)? I'm in a lot of pain and not getting any relief tonight, so I decided to turn to Bluelight for a quick answer.

Sorry for the confusion! I tend to be overly-cautious even with a high tolerance.
