Wavy wallpaper, giggly effect, trouble balancing, munchies, then unexpected sleep/passing out. Then next day, no memories of what you did. Watch who you text and don't drive.
Honestly, I've never taken more than 40mg at a shot and I've got a tolerance, but I believe that Ambien has a ceiling effect. Basically, you're in "do something stupid" mode from here on out. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Enjoy it, but know that your decision making ability is gone. (Which it is by now, judging from your post time.)
Can you get someone to keep an eye out? It's so easy to make "informed" decisions on Ambien then find out the next day (from someone else) that you did some really stupid shit. Like, decide to bake a cake and set the kitchen on fire after you pass out. (true story)
Sixthseal.com (Huai Bin) has a good 1st person report at your dosage. He mostly notices the mild euphoria and visual hallucination effects. But he's starting to come down off a long meth weekend, so that should be taken into consideration.
I've found with Ambien that the dosages that feel enjoyable leave me still feeling sober, but a little happy, and therein lies the danger.
